An ongoing series of foraged and homemade cordials — rosolio, chamomile, and whatever else is in season.
Purpose
Turn things that grow nearby into drinkable color and flavor, and write down ratios that actually work so I can repeat the good ones.
A slow, seasonal project. Each cordial gets its own post with the ratios and what I’d change next time.
